Thanks for your comment, sorry you had a bad experience.
However, please note that when booking anything online (flights, hotels, hostels, tickets etc), you do agree to certain terms and conditions. These apply for instance when you made a wrong booking for a wrong date. In some cases the provider has flexibility, but in most cases this is the users fault.

Therefore, we always recommend to double and triple-check BEFORE adding your credit card details and agreeing to the payment and booking.
Always check the date, always check the amount of tickets and other important details like departure time and such.
