Hi Prakash,

Thanks for sharing your experience. Within the App you can check how many GB your phone used.
It is also important to understand that your phone might be using MUCH MORE DATA than you think. Therefore you should always disable apps you do not actively use. I had once a similar issue. My podcasts were active for automatic download. So within no time, my data was gone; well it was 2gb or so back then. I had to purchase a new package.

I am surprised to hear their support did not reply though.

When I landed at Japan airport on Sept 1st, it worked fine, and I didn’t use it much as I was just going to the hotel i Shinjuku and had Wi-Fi at hotel so didn’t use much. Next day went to the fish market via subway. When got out of subway I used Google maps for directions which was only 5 minutes’ walk, after that the map was turned off. Airalo disabled my account rest of the way with no explanation. Couldn’t use my phone the rest of the way. Couldn’t contact support as there was no internet. When I contacted them in the evening when I reached home via email (by the way that’s the only support you’ll get). The initial response came after 4 hours. The email support line is attended by robots. They keep telling you the same thing again and again without reading your request or problem. They keep sending you the same information on how to configure your eSim. After two days of going back and forth with these robots I was told that my account was disabled for invalid use but no explanation what was invalid. I must have used maybe 10Mb for whatever few hours I got to use. I paid for 20Gb, 30 days plan. They will not provide any explanation and kept on sending me robotic responses. I finally gave up and deleted that useless eSim from my phone and purchased another company’s plan from “esimjapan.com”. Woks fine and was installed in 2 minutes. I have already reported Airalo to AMEX and opened a dispute with them.
