Super cool post, with your blog post I was able to rent a nice room. Super cool hostel. Cebu is so much fun. Had a great time in Cebu. 1 thing to add it is easy to travel when you have a scooter or motorcycle. We were taking a taxi at first. We spend so much on taxis.

I would advise renting a scooter or car in Cebu. You can rent a scooter in Cebu for 300 pesos and a car for 1200.

If you are more than 2 people you should rent a small car like wigo, or vios, if you are a solo scooter is fine.
We rented a scooter through book2wheel, and we got a discount code, you can apply the discount and get cheaper rates. Hope this can be used full for others who are planning to visit Cebu.
