The ferry prices increase in price quite a bit if you want to take a car across, so bare that in mind. It’s worth checking out the Interislander website to compare prices for your dates. Also, have you heard of Transfercar.co.nz? It’s a super cool website for finding car relocations for super cheap. I relocated a car from Christchurch to Picton over two days for just $1!

As for parking, it’s always best to check directly with the hostel you plan to stay at đŸ™‚
