I would like to write something nice about this company, but I can’t. I wanted to buy business class tickets to Japan. However, my payment was rejected by the company. I’ve been trying to figure out why for a month now. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I can’t fly with Qatar Airways because they refuse my money 😀 this is ridiculous

I have travelled with Qatar airways a few times. Both Economy Class as well as Business class and I do have to say that this is the Best airline i have travelled with. YES, their customer service/call center is absolutely Sh**T – it is virtually non existance! The air line experience I had the few times that I have traveled with them were excellent! The food was amazing on fist class and its a 24 hrs you can order food on First and Business class. They even served Lobster on one of the flight to the Maldives. Amazing airline, food is great for an airline food. BUT I do have to agree with most peopl ehere saying that their call center is absolutely horrible!!!!!

Our experience was excellent, and we recommend flying with them based on this experience. This is pretty straight forward.

I don’t understand why you are trying to protect Qatar Airways so much

My family and I are frequent travellers every year and always chose to fly Qatar Airways because of its services and food.

I used to praise Qatar Airways for all these years
But I don’t hold Qatar Airways in high prestige anymore.

I flew Mumbai to Montréal on May 9th
It was not the same like in the past

The inflight service was 4 stars
The food 0 stars
The food was mix and match
Mashed potatoes and chicken curry
Mashed potatoes and beef curry
No salad
No salt no pepper no butter no cheese no bread roll. After asking I Was given a funny looking and horrible taste dark cold bread
Please read my message posted on trip advisor on May 10th
My 2 suitcases were damaged which I can’t use anymore
I wrote to Qatar Airways but no response till date

Also for more such experiences please visit trip advisor on daily basis

Sky track is all praise giving it 5 star rating
I guess Qatar Airways has bought Sky track for posting paid ratings

I will not fly Qatar Airways again until They somehow put in hard work and improve and bring back their standards to where they were in the past

Request Hostelgeeks to be realistic and don’t mislead us

Money is not everything please don’t defend Qatar Airways when it’s gone down to 1 STAR

And hopefully Qatar Airways realizes how ashamed they should be for what they are now

OMG. I purchased a ticket for qatar airways. Now I’m very concerned reading all the reviews if I’m even going to be able to make the trip. Reviews of so many cancellations is unsettling

I’ve flown Qatar dozens of times and in many aspects they are a fabulous airline, though the review whilst substantial does miss a a lot of important information.

Seating costs for example- one of the huge pluses for flying Qatar was the ice of seating, sadly no longer the case, so if you’re a 6ft5 flier than me, you have to really pay the ‘height’ tax to get a decent seat or spend several hours in cramped conditions? Seating for taller people is something airlines could do better at!

The article also doesn’t mention the benefits of stop over flights in Doha where you can get a 4 or 5 star hotel stay off one or two nights for a huge discount- I’ve done many times and it’s a huge plus when breaking up a journey.

Overall Qatar is a great airline, always punctual, the new planes are great, Hamad airport is wonderful- sadly missing showers is a big plus at Dubai when connecting, but still a great airport.

Looking forward to flying again.
